​The year 2020 has been altered beyond recognition. With new social rules and values dominating basic routines, elements of intimacy have been vanquished. Global mental and physical health is in a serious crisis. Contained here are creative responses to a world on fire. Curated works of poetry, fiction, non-fiction and visual artistry that define 2020 for over 25 different creators.

What inspired the name "Red Skies"
"Red Skies" was blended together from the fires in 2020 as well as the medical state of emergency, and the old sailor's proverb.
Where is the money going?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide physical copies of the book or payment, but will send out digital copies to submitters. Any profit made off of Red Skies will be sent to Canadian Mental Health Society and Native Women's Association of Canada.
When will the anthology launch?
We are currently planning for the end of January.
